Guess That Movie Quote: Week 33

Okay first let me apologize for the lateness of this quiz. My work schedule has changed and I just don't have enough time on Mondays...so Tuesdays is now the new official Movie Quiz day. Woohoo!

And it's another theme week...cause I still love themes... I will post the name of a fictitious president of the United States that was created for a movie, you just tell me what movie. Bonus if you can tell me which actor played the role.

Here are the rules:
If you know or think you know the source of the movie quote please leave your guess in the comments section. As people guess the source of the quote I will grey it out and give them credit (using google to find the answers will disqualify you), the person who has the most correct guesses each week will get a fun movie genius award to decorate their blog. Any person who wins 5 weeks (consecutive or non-consecutive) will earn a Movie Master award and must then refrain from guessing for 5 weeks but a master can email quote suggestions for the game.

Enough babbling already! Lets get on to the guessing!

Damn you, Captain! I was answering at the same time and my answers didn't go through! You've made an enemy of Mars this day!

I believe 3 is actually Michael Douglas in The American President.

5 is Chris Rock in Head of State.

8 is from Idiocracy.

Isn't 10 Bill Pullman in Independence Day, or am I crazy?

Oh, and I think 7 is Martin Sheen in The Dead Zone.

I beg the indulgence of the Martian government and bow to the Prime Minister's superior knowledge of US heads of state.

I sometimes trip over myself in my incredible haste (dammit)...

Nice raygun, Becca, BTW...

It's John "Bluto" Blutarsky.

I hate that guy and his zero point zero GPA.

*sigh* late again :)

Point of order--IIRC, the caption at the end of "Animal House" says *Senator* and Mrs. John Blutarsky, not president.

And the frog is right about number three.
