Inspired by that fabulous Dustin Nguyen Batman watercolor I posted earlier this week I drew this. It's no where near as good as his but it was fun and I really like the way it turned out.
Here is The Endless family from The Sandman. It's been years since I've read this comic but ran accross a photo from the comic and got a bug to draw the family.
And finally pretty, pretty Barbarella and The Black Queen. I watched Barbarella tonight and doodled this out. God damn I love that movie.

Digging all the phallic objects in your Barbarella pic. My eye keeps on zooming in on her nipple...
Great line work. I admire the way you get that unbroken line effect... a bold almost coloring book outer line. By coloring book I do mean anything bad, as I am sort of a graphic person too and envy anyone who can get a line to look like that.
I just watched some of Barbarella again and appreciate more than I used to. It is lavish and the acting not as bad as critics make it out to be.
I did a big piece on Barbarella on my site with lots of thumbnails. You can just searchy for it in the search box. I also got caught up redoing my site and on my 1st page is a tribute to Bettie Page I think you would like.

Thanks! I always thought it would be fun to get a job drawing coloring book images...and actually the line thing is one of the reasons my first sketchbook is called The Bad Girl Coloring Book.
Barbarella is wonderful! I just love it more everytime I see it!

I'm not sure they could even touch the innocent sexual fun of the original. Last I heard they were talking about using Sienna Miller who would probably be okay but I bet it will be more of a straight female action flick ala Charlize Theron's Aeon Flux.
Great movies on that meme of yours! Man With the Golden Gun is a great movie. I know he was silly but I've always loved Roger Moore's James Bond.

Death is such a great character. When I was in High School I used to wear this giant Ankh around my neck that I called my Death Ankh. I was too goth for words :)
I saw on G4 AOTS that Robert Rodrguez has sidelined the Barbarella remake for now. Hope it gets resurrected at some point! I like your Barbella art!
