Now I'm a pretty big Star Trek fan but this is kind of creepy. Just doesn't feel right. I guess we all mourn in our own way.

I get the mourning part, it's the fetishizing of that day that ups the Creep-O-Meter.
At least it's Spock and Kirk and not Bush and Cheney!
Yikes!
There are levels of wrong on display here and some just transcend the scale.
I've no doubt that it was made out of pure sentiment and emotion but nevertheless...(shudder)...that's just not right.
Holy Crap. That SO belongs in the MOBA collection.
I like it! Where did you get it?
I agree with everything Randall said.
From the caption, is this supposed to be in the 23rd century? Because I thought they cleared the rubble from ground zero?
Randal-
OH GOD I'm just picturing the Bush and Cheney thing! That is soooooo creepy awful! Do you suppose that Bush would have that familar smirk on his face?
Ibetolis-
Yeah I'm sure there were strong feelings that created this but man it just gives me the creeps...
Arkonbey-
The Museum of Bad Art has a website? Ho man that's sweet! I've only seen their book!
John-
It came up on a random image search but I must look around and see if there is anymore art out there by this person.
Reviewer-
LOL! I soo did not think of that! Maybe it was one of the unwritten time travel adventures of the Enterprise. Do you suppose there was an Edith Keillor-like love interest for Kirk? And how did they hide Spock's ears this time?
Maybe it's some kind of super-crazy holodeck program?
Looks like the Enterprise needs to try the slingshot around the sun again! They FAILED this time!
Spin-
A new Kobiyashi Maru? Don't know if I spelled that right.
King-
LOL! You had me cracking up for like 3 minutes. Great comment!
This is illogical, yet heartbreaking. Spock is letting his emotions get to him
