Ahh, Russ, the breast... I mean best at what he does.
He was a connoisseur, and knew that women who were pregnant, but didn't show belly-wise actually had a better bust, and some of his starlets were a couple months pregnant (not by him, though) when they shot some films.
I wonder if his film that he was working on with Roger Ebert, "The Bra of God" ever got made?
Another recent post of your had me scrambling across the web for movies and pix of Kitten Natividad, she's always been one of my favorites.
I was very sad to learn that she had a double mastectomy a few years ago, to treat breast cancer probably due to the toxic silicone in her implants.
I wasn't sad for selfish reasons (we'll always have the pictures & videos)- I just feel bad that someone who seems so sweet, beautiful and lively, who's work has brought me such pleasure over the years, had to endure that. It must have been very frightening to lose something that brought her not only her living but so much attention. She still seems very positive and bubbly in interviews, and continues to make a living with her website. I hope the best for her always. Thanks for the pix!

Luckiest guy in the world. And is that Kitten Navidad?
always good to see a craftsman enjoy doing his work.
Wow! They do work as flotation devices after all!
I love the grin on Russ' face in pic #4.

Holy hell, this is the best post. Stealing every single one. Thank you.
A great craftsman showing you film students out there how it's done. Please take notes. -- Mykal
